I’m a 25-year-old service designer with a strong drive for qualitative research. I have worked on social innovation projects regarding urban design, community building and education. I have a BA in Industrial Design, and a MSc in Product Service System Design from Politecnico di Milano.
I have been an Art & Design teacher for four years, where I have learned how to ask engaging questions, how to listen and how to empathize with very different people.
During my studies, my favorite courses were UX design, advanced research writing, design methodology and sociology for contemporary cities.
I enjoy learning language. I can speak English, Italian and Persian, and I've recently started to learn Dutch.
I'm a patient person, and I can embrace ambiguity in different life aspects, which, in return, makes me a good learner.
What I like most in my life is art history, languages, literature and city life.
